Will Francis began honing his talents once he first recognized his passion for hair at a very young age. Inspired by the elegance and poise in fashion magazines, Will knew he wanted to replicate such beauty through hair color.

Will hit the ground running. He has been fortunate to work alongside some of his idols and leading industry professionals, such as Dana Ionato, Erin Bogart and Aura Friedman. Will focuses and has mastered the free hand technique called balayage. Giving each client a beautiful sun kissed color that gives the hair movement and a glowing complexion.

Coupling his discerning eye for color with his dedication to his craft, Will has gained the trust of high profile clients, ranging from Lanna Del Rey and Hugh Jackman to Annie Leibovitz and Alexander Wang for NYFW. Notably, Will is Sally Hershberger’s personal colorist at her downtown salon.
